With a combination of age, wisdom, beauty and stamina we set off nervously to Camden town. Upon arrival we were told there were NO netball fixtures for the evening… in a blind panic the iPhones came out in attempt to locate the correct court, only to discover it was a 20 minute walk away at Mornington Crescent.

The biggest crowd puller on day one were these three Zorbs, connected together to become the energy generator. Visitors climb inside to generate as much energy as possible while racing against their friends, if you are fast enough you could even create enough power to boil a kettle.

The incredible Ford B-MAX challenge is now up and running and the first football fans have had the opportunity to measure their ball kicking speed with the help of the Hawk-Eye technology.

We at Imagination were saddened to learn recently of the death of American automotive designer and racing driver, Carroll Shelby. He was best known for his work with AC Motors-based vehicles and later his Mustang-based cars for Ford.

I challenge you to imagine a bacon sandwich without at least the option of ketchup. Even though I stopped eating bacon years ago, when I dream of a bacon sandwich it always includes tomato ketchup. In fact, my love affair with ketchup has been so extreme that at university I would frequently eat ketchup sandwiches. And which ketchup to choose when you are a cash strapped student? There really only is one option and price doesn’t come into it - Heinz.

 
Ahead of the Champions League final between Chelsea and Bayern in Munich, staff from Imagination and Hawk-Eye put their exciting new kicking game through its paces at Sony HQ in Basingstoke. Next stop is the Olympiapark festival, which starts on 16 May, giving football fans the chance to kick their way to final tickets in the Ford B-Max Challenge. Ladies and gentlemen, you have my (paltry) 76 kilometres per hour to beat. Let the games commence...
